Each beef quarter comes with burger, steaks, roasts, soup bones, marrow bones, and a smattering of offal (e.g. liver, heart, tongue).
The burger features Brewery Vivant’s exclusive and proprietary blend of lean, bacon, and tallow.
The entire beef quarter is expertly dry-aged for 14 days, butchered locally, and delivered FREE to Grand Rapids addresses (at cost everywhere else: just email email@example.com for delivery costs outside of Grand Rapids).

The total is estimated at $999 (plus or minus $50), and NOT including the $100 promotional offer for Vivant patrons. Expect an estimated 125 pounds of product. With the discount, the grand total is estimated at $899, plus or minus $50.
That works out to just about $6.99/pound for everything: from top-shelf steaks to bacon-infused burgers, roasts, omega-3 rich marrow bones, nutrient-dense soup bones and a little offal.

You will be invoiced on Friday, March 27, once we have all the processing costs in hand. Your $99 non-refundable deposit and $100 savings will be credited to the invoice at that time. Expect an invoice total of $800, plus or minus $50.
