DRY-AGING
Beef is 14 – 21 days dry-aged for optimal flavor and tenderness.

$4.75/pound (hanging weight) + Processing + FREE Grand Rapids Delivery (at cost everywhere else OR free pick-up in Byron Center, MI)

Soon after we began consuming our first quarter, we realized how superior this meat was to store bought beef. We attended a ‘bring your own meat’ bbq that summer and forgot our Highland beef.
